Pioneer SX-1000TW AM/FM Stereo Receiver with wood case. Overall appearance is very good to excellent. Wood cabinet is solid with original finish, Finish will need some work but probably not stripping, has some significant scratches. Only two small veneer chips, top center rear and right side near top front. Front panel and markings are excellent. Dial is excellent but no dial light. Tuning meter works. Rear panel and markings are excellent. Original power cord is very good but plug has been repaired. Chassis is a little dirty, no rust. 20 minute test with no external antenna. Easily tuned a few FM stations but heavy background noise. Tuned a couple AM stations, no significant background noise, no hum. Controls need cleaning. Requires a special plug to connect speakers, 2 included. Slight mildew odor. Approximate size 17"W, 13.5"D, 6.5"H.
