Panasonic R-159 AM Transistor Radio. Japan. AC/DC. Overall appearance is very good to excellent. The covered plastic case is excellent. Handle and attached hardware excellent. Plastic grille is excellent. Front panel has a few black spots & scratches, markings are excellent. Silver painted trim is worn in spots. Back is excellent. Original power cord is very good. Label inside is excellent. Battery holder and contacts are clean. Even using the included external antenna the best reception received in a brief test was barely audible on the strongest local station but then this a poor AM reception area. The tone control definitely needs cleaning, that may be the only problem. Sold as-is for parts or restoration. Requires 4 AA cells (not included) for portable operation . Slight mildew odor. Approximate size 8.25"W, 2.75"D, 5"H. Item #9807
