Heathkit Battery Eliminator IP-2715. 9-15V 12A continuous, 20A intermittent. Overall appearance is excellent. Metal case has only a few small paint chips. Front panel excellent, markings excellent. Volt meter cover has a small blemish but doesn't interfere with reading the scale. Original power cord is excellent. Works. Tested it holding 12V at 20A. It was only a brief test for fear of destroying the test load. Schematic included. Approximate size 11"W, 11"D, 6"H. Amateur HAM Item #9817
