AudioHP Hewlett Packard 3604A Voice Channel

HP Hewlett Packard 3604A Voice Channel

$10.00

(Stock: 1)
Google AI says- "The Hewlett-Packard 3604A Voice Channel is a plug-in accessory designed for HP magnetic tape recording systems, specifically for use with instrumentation recorders like the HP 3960A. It allowed users to record voice commentary onto the tape, providing crucial context for data recorded on other channels". Overall appearance is good. Chassis is very clean, no rust. The Sonotone mic rewinds automatically when released. This needs adjustment, it appears the spool retracts fully before the full length of wire is retracted. In a brief powered test the only indication of life was that the meter moved full scale when Bias slider was activated. Sold as-is for restoration or parts. Approximate size 19"W, 13"D, 3.5"H.
