H&B Isolationmesser. Portable device that generates 500VDC to test insulation. Be the first on your block to own one. Overall appearance is very good other than some paint chips & some dents in the lid. Handle is very good. No chips or cracks in the black Bakelite instrument. Some of the front panel markings are worn. Meter appearance is excellent. Chassis is clean. A couple components are wired in but not secured mechanically Not tested. Requires one battery. Approximate size in inches 7.5W, 3.5D, 5H. Item #9105
