Collins 32S-3 Transmitter S/N 10957. Overall appearance is very good to excellent. Metal case needs only cleaning. Front panel excellent, markings excellent. Dial & dial cover are excellent. Meter is excellent, needle moves freely full scale. Chassis needs a little cleaning, markings are excellent. Tested only that it powers up, panel lights come on, meter needle fluctuated and all controls function mechanically. Missing 1 foot. Approximate size 14.75"W, 13"D, 8"H. Amateur HAM Item #9618
